The South Bend Cubs have announced several new food options that will be available at Four Winds Field during the 2018 season.
New menu items include two types of mac ‘n’ cheese. Barbecue mac ‘n’ cheese will be topped with pulled pork, scallions, bacon, and barbecue sauce. The Cajun mac ‘n’ cheese includes andouille sausage with Cajun oil and spices.
There also are two new burger options on the menu this season. The prime rib burger includes caramelized onions, swiss cheese, and a horseradish cream sauce. The Cajun burger will be topped with pepper jack cheese, andouille sausage, and Cajun mayo.
New poultry-based options include a basket of buffalo chicken sliders and french fries; a southwest chicken wrap; and a honey wheat wrap with achiote chicken, avocado ranch, corn, black beans, cilantro, and red onion.
The South Bend Cubs also are adding a fresh fruit cart to the concourse this season.
