A new record for April attendance at Fort Wayne’s Parkview Field was set last month.

The TinCaps drew 57,828 fans to their 12 home games in April, beating their old April attendance record of 53,321 (set over 13 games in 2013) and their record for attendance through the first dozen games of a season (53,128 in 2012).

There have been two sellout crowds at Parkview Field this season, on Opening Day and last Wednesday.

Fort Wayne ranks second in attendance in the Midwest League, trailing only the Dayton Dragons.
