Kristian Brito drove in three runs and Joe DeCarlo and Chris Mariscal each drove in a pair for Clinton as the LumberKings beat the Beloit Snappers 9-4 at Ashford University Field on Sunday.
Gianfranco Wawoe, who went 3-for-4 with a double and a walk, also drove in a run for Clinton, as did Daniel Torres, who walked three times. Wawoe and Mariscal each stole a base.
Max Kuhn singled, walked and drove in a pair of runs for the Snappers.

LumberKings LHP Ryan Horstman got the win in relief after giving up only one hit while striking out three batters in 1.2 scoreless innings. Snappers RHP Daniel Gossett, who started the game for Beloit, took the loss after giving up five runs on seven hits, four walks, a wild pitch and a hit batsman in four innings. He struck out six batters.
